HOW HEALTH VISIONS VIDEOS WORK:

-Each video contains 80-100 different still educational frames.
-Each frame lasts 10 seconds and then transitions to the next frame.
-The 80-100 frame loop takes 15-20 minutes to go all the way through.
-Each video repeats the loop of 80-100 frames continuously for 2 hours.
-After the 2 hours, DVD players or VCRs will automatically repeat the program all day long. Set your player to AUTO REPEAT. It's easy.
-Each video contains optional background instrumental music.
-Our recommendation is to rotate the videos on a weekly basis.
